I was born in a small city, and now live in San Francisco, California.
I founded Placeholder Labs, a consumer software company. We built Halloo, a real-time messaging app, and Kin, a self-custody wallet. In 2023 it was acquired by Northwind, where I served as CPO until 2025.
I currently work at Orbit, where I lead product design. Previously, I was Head of Design at Basis.
I’m also a co-founder at Studio Dip, which makes tools for interface excellence, such as cmdk and Agentation.
I consider myself a designer at heart and enjoy building highly polished products.
